⚠️depending on the period i am either a full-time student or a full-time worker, so i often can only draw/communicate for a few hours on a week day (if at all), or during the weekend. please be patient with me !
delivery timeeach commission might take me anywhere between a week-end and up to a month, with an average of 1-2 weeks for a full color illustration. i'll do my best to give an estimate of my turn-around time at the moment.
paymentpreferred mean of payment is paypal. (if not available to you, we can discuss it.) prices are in USD.payment is made after the client approves of the sketch, eventually after some changes if needed. if the commission is a sketch, i'll send a watermarked preview.
commission receptiononce i have received the payment and i am done with your commission, i can send the final product by dms, email or toyhouse.
image rightsdo not claim the art as your own. credit is greatly appreciated, especially if there is no watermark.i reserve the rights to the pieces i make, which means i am allowed to post them on my social media and use in my portfolios. i will, however, never claim to be someone else's character's owner. i only detain rights over the art.
cancellationyou cannot cancel a commission once payment is made. you cannot cancel a commission once the sketch has been approved. there will be no refunds unless, for an exceptional reason, i find myself unable to complete the work.

refusal of servicei reserve the right to decline a commission i feel particularly uncomfortable with, or that i know i will be unable to properly deliver.if the client is rude, disrespectful, or totally unresponsive (1 month+), i will decline the order.
customs/adoptsyou are the rightful owner to the design i've made for you, but please don't claim to be the designer, and credit me as designer when possible (e.g. social media, toyhouse).please do not resell your design for higher than you paid them for, unless there is added art.once you have received your design, you are free to alter them however you'd like (unless to endorse hateful/harmful content).
commercializationi haven't really decided yet… if the occasion arrises, we can discuss it !
how to commission ♡
step 1 ; read the terms of service (i may ask for a password !)
step 2 ; please gather references of your character, and think about any specific style/pose/expression you'd like me to draw
step 3 ; contact me either on discord or instagram, and send me your references and details about what you want
step 4 ; once it's ready i will send a sketch, you can tell me if you'd like something changed until you approve (preferably not over 3 times)
step 5 ; i will send my paypal email and you can proceed to the payment, preferably through 'friends & family' so i can earn the full price of my commission
step 5.b (optional) ; if you'd like updates (through the lining, coloring and rendering for example), feel free to ask but please don't rush me for them !
step 6 ; you receive the final commission either through email or amino in full resolution
